Registering your school and students for the International Spell Bee Olympiad is now easier than ever. Simply follow the steps below:

Fill out the Registration Form:

1. Visit our website and navigate to the registration section. You will find a form specifically designed for schools. Fill in the required details, including the school name, address, contact information, and the number of students participating.

Prepare the Student Details:

2. Download the provided Excel file template from our website. Use this file to enter the necessary information for each participating student, including their full name, grade, and other relevant details. Please ensure accuracy and completeness in student data to facilitate a smooth examination process.

Submit the Student Details:

Once you have filled out the Excel file with the student details, you have two options to submit it:
a) Upload the Excel File:

Visit the registration page on our website and upload the completed Excel file. This allows for a quick and seamless submission of student information.
b) Email the Excel File:

3. If you prefer, you can email the completed Excel file to us at contact@internationalspellbee.com. Our team will process the registration based on the information provided.

Individual Login Credentials:

4. After successful registration, we will provide individual login credentials to each participating student and your school. These credentials will enable students to access the examination platform at the prescribed time and date.
